Coastal homes, sold by a neighbor.
I've lived in Huntington Beach my whole life and sold homes here since 2011. When you work with me, you get me: I price your home myself, I'm at every showing, and I answer my own phone.

About me
I grew up three blocks from the Huntington Beach pier, went to Edison High, and bought my first condo on Main Street with money from waiting tables. That purchase is the reason I became an agent. Nobody explained anything to me, and I promised myself my clients would never feel that way.
Since 2011 I've helped 214 families buy and sell along this stretch of coast. I'm a one-person business on purpose. You won't get handed off to an assistant after you sign; I write your pricing plan, I hold your open houses, and I negotiate your offers.
When I'm not working, I'm surfing at 17th Street before the crowds, or on the sidelines at my daughter's soccer games.

How we'll work together
Whether you're buying or selling, here's what happens and when, so you're never wondering what's next.
If you're selling
- A walkthrough and an honest price
I visit your home, pull the recent sales on your street, and give you a price I can defend to buyers.
- A short prep list
Only the fixes that pay for themselves, plus my painter, stager and cleaner if you want them.
- Photos, video and two open-house weekends
Professional photography and a 3D tour go live on a Thursday, so the first weekend is busy.
- Offers, negotiation and escrow
I compare every offer with you line by line and stay on top of escrow until it closes.
If you're buying
- A first conversation
We talk about budget, timing and the neighborhoods that fit, and I connect you with a lender for pre-approval.
- Homes before they're listed
I send you coming-soon and off-market homes from other local agents, not just what's online.
- A smart offer
I tell you what similar homes really sold for, and write an offer that wins without overpaying.
- Inspections to keys
I attend your inspection, negotiate the repairs, and hand you the keys myself.

What clients say
“Claire told us our asking price was too high, and she was right. We listed where she said, had four offers the first weekend, and closed above asking.”
“She found us a house in Seal Beach before it was ever online. As first-time buyers, we never felt rushed.”
“We moved from Chicago without seeing a single house in person. Her video tours were so thorough there were no surprises.”
Questions people ask me
If yours isn't here, call or text me. I'm happy to talk it through.
How do you decide on a listing price?
I walk through your home, then compare it with what sold nearby in the last six months. You get the numbers, not just my opinion.
What do you charge?
My commission is agreed in writing before we start, and I'll explain exactly what it covers. There are no extra marketing fees.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we look at homes?
It helps, especially here where good homes get several offers. I can introduce you to two local lenders I trust.
Can you help me buy and sell at the same time?
Yes. We plan the timing together so you are not paying two mortgages, and I can negotiate a rent-back if you need more time.
Let's talk about your move
Tell me a little about what you're planning. I reply to every message myself, usually within a few hours.
